What a way to start the day meltdown at 6.30am I think it is my least favourite workout but I always feel good after. I have got rugby training again tonight which I am looking forward to.
I really enjoyed my dinner tonight pan fried salmon fillet on wilted spinach even better because it was ready when I walked through the door after work! ;)
Its hard to believe that this time next week the challenge will be over well the official one I will still be carrying on myself until I reach my goal weight.
