I am so thrilled with my results I feel fantastic I have not been this weight for as long as I can remember!!

I will definately continue with this plan until I reach my target.

I think Dax Moy is an amazing guy he has really changed my life I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us.

The whole group has been fantastic and we have all vowed to carry on until we reach out goals so good luck guys although we are all keeping in touch. I will keep you updated.
