Fasting day again it is getting easier but I am always so ready for my dinner, steak, fried egg and corn on the cob mmm.

New workouts done yesterday forgot to tell you about those wow fun check them out on youtube under Dax moy body weight workouts try them if you dare!!!!!!!! lol. Really tough I really thought I was much fitter and stronger but wow they will definately take some mastering.

I am going to really try not to weigh or measure myself now until the end I really want to drop the 3lb to get me under 15st although obviously more than that would be amazing. Right off to do my meltdown now and give it all I've got!!! ;)
